Our Background
ACT Management Co., Ltd. was established in October, 1994 by a group of accountants, certified public accountants, and tax law experts, who were former accountants in companies listed on the stock exchange of Thailand, or auditor assistants in the national’s top list audit firms. In the year 2000, we established CAS Management Co., Ltd. to provide audit services to juristic persons according to the law that their financial statement submissions must be certified by a certified public accountant.

Job Description
The board of directors plays a role in developing policy and procedure, setting the organization’s goals, determining strategies to achieve the targets, reviewing company performance, establishing salary structure, approving salary adjustment, considering employee compensation and benefits, and directing the operation management to implement the company policies.
The accounting services department is delivering accounting services to clients according to the accounting standard as stipulated Accounting Act, B.E. 2543 (2000), including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and also annual financial statements which must be submitted to the relevant government agencies. In addition, they are providing tax services to clients in filing withholding tax, value added tax-VAT, personal and corporate income tax, including midyear and yearend reports. Furthermore, they are providing payroll services, including payroll reports, salary and other payments calculation; the information of salary payments to bank submission in order to transfer money to employees’ accounts; withholding tax (P.N.D. 1) form preparation, provident fund report preparation, and contribution reports to the social security office preparation.
The audit services department is providing audit services to clients by our certified public accountant (CPA), they will express an opinion on the financial statements on whether they comply with the generally accepted accounting principles, and then our audit assistants will perform entry-level auditing tasks including audit summary report spreadsheet preparations, and audit reports issuing according to audit principles.
The business registration services department offers registration services to clients in partnership, company, and ordinary partnership; non-juristic body of persons registration, dissolution and liquidation of a general partnership, company changes after incorporation registration includes capital increases and reductions, company director change, company authorized director to bind the company change, notice of office relocation, value added tax-VAT, social security registration of employers and employees.
- They also provide application services for non-immigrants B visa for foreigners, for those who wish to work, conduct business or undertake investment activities in Thailand, and/or earn a work permit request.
- In addition, they offer foreign business licensing under the foreign business Act B.E. 2542 (1999) application Service.
- Furthermore, they provide investment promotion approval from the board of investment (BOI) application service, to be granted additional rights and benefits.
- Lastly, Trademark and patent registration services are also provided in this department.
Accounting advisory services are accounting system implementation, improvement of internal control and accounting system to evaluate the effectiveness of internal control.
Tax advisory services are providing tax planning tips to maximize clients’ savings and also associated with tax law practice.
Specific Business consulting in Mergers and Acquisitions, including takeover, joint ventures, feasibility study, and investment promotion approval from the board of investment (BOI).
Their responsibilities are supporting each department’s activities and operations (Back Office) as follows:
- Accounting Department, responsible for submitting company accounting and financial statements to the management, and issuing invoices and billing.
- Finance Department, responsible for debt collection, cheque receiving, communicating with banks, petty cash management, and payments issuing cheques.
- Human Resources Department, responsible for selecting and recruiting employees, establishing work rules and regulations, and employee salary calculation.
- Office Administration Department, responsible for printing documents, quotations preparation, and clients’ copies of financial statement preparations, answering phones, and welcoming visitors.
- Correspondent Department, responsible for receiving clients’ accounting documents, clients’ returning documents, receiving cheques, billing, tax submission to the district revenue offices on behalf of clients, and documents to other government agencies submission.
